Save the role of the link, not just the link
Two URLs can show the same photos while serving different purposes. Label each as an album, item page, directory result, marketplace source, checkout or support route before combining evidence.
A durable log preserves old states and appends changes instead of replacing yesterday's evidence.

Keep the complete URL, page type, visible item clue, reason you saved it and the date you checked it. Add later changes underneath the original note. The goal is to understand what happened after a source moves, not to make a dead or mismatched page look reliable.

Append changes with dates
When a source moves, a password prompt appears or a product option disappears, add a new dated line. Keep the prior URL and status so you can see whether the evidence improved or simply changed.

An archived record can retain the neutral label, former URL, last useful evidence and reason for removal. Do not retain unnecessary personal chat details, phone numbers, payment data or account credentials.
