Yupoo Spreadsheet Checklist Before Saving a Find

A printable, browser-friendly pre-save test that turns a promising thumbnail into a reasoned shortlist decision.

Quick answer

A result needs a reason, not just a link

Check all nine evidence points using only what you can currently see or trace. A high score means the row is a stronger research candidate; it does not verify the item, uploader, seller or transaction.

Field note

How to score a result

8–9

Strong shortlist candidate, but still not verified.

5–7

Research further. Name the missing evidence.

3–4

Weak evidence. Keep only if a specific check is realistic.

0–2

Remove for now rather than preserving an unexplained lead.

Field note

Strong example

Score: 8/9

The category, product code, source page, measurement notes and relevant photo angles align. QC images appear tied to the same code and source. Packaging weight remains an estimate, so the row stays “research candidate,” not “approved.”

Field note

Weak example

Score: 3/9

The thumbnail matches the category, but the watermarks change, the source link opens a different item and no size or weight context appears. The row has no clear recovery path, so remove it for now.

Field note

One-sentence save rule

Save only a result you can explain in one sentence, including both the useful evidence and the largest remaining unknown.

What to do next

If photos are the weak point, continue to the QC guide. If value depends on a rough delivery estimate, read the shipping weight guide. If identity, contact or payment feels unclear, stop and review buyer safety.
